One
of the newest attractions in Vung Tau is the GREYHOUND RACING
TRACK at 15 Le Loi Street. The TRACK was opened last year
with a brand new 5000 seat stadium.
Also in the Lam Som Stadium is a 500-seat VIP section with
corporate boxes, betting hostesses and waitresses who will place
your bets and serve you food and drinks at very reasonable prices.
There is a 12 race meeting every Saturday night starting at
7:15 PM and finishing at 10:30 PM.

There are many monitors spread throughout the stadium that give
you the current tote odds on WIN, EXACTA and TRIFECTA betting.
These monitors also televise the races.
This has become a popular night out for the many foreigners
that are working and holidaying in Vung Tau. Also a bus service
runs from HCMC to Vung Tau and back after the meeting.
