AodaiTours reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy statement at any time and for any reason. Your control of the information

You are in control of the information you provide to AodaiTours. If you have purchased on AodaiTours, your information (ship-to address, credit card information, billing address, ...) associated with your order is used only for billing purpose, not for any other purposes. In addition, as a member, at any time, you can view or update your personal profile, which includes member registration, mailing list preference and travel preference information.


Collected Information

When you purchase a service on AodaiTours (lodging, car rental, airfare, packages...), you have to fill in our forms with relevant information including (some of them are optional as indicated in the corresponding page):

• Ship-to address: full name, address, email address, telephone number.

• Credit card information: payment type (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover), credit card number, expiration date, card's holder name.

• Billing address: full name, address, email address, telephone number.

When you apply for a visa, the following information is required:

• Personal information: full name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality at birth, nationality at present.

• Contact information: address, telephone number, email address.

• Career and workplace information: occupation, company name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address.

• Passport information: passport number, place of issue, date of issue, date of expiry.

• Visa application information: purpose of visit to Vietnam, proposed date of entry, propose date of exit, accompanying children (full name, date of birth, relationship).

• Contact in Vietnam: full name, address, email address, telephone number.

• Credit card information: credit card type, credit card number, expiration date, cardholder's name.

• Billing information: full name, address, telephone number, email address.

When you subscribe to become a member of AodaiTours, the following information is required (some of them are optional as indicated in corresponding page):

• Login information: your email address (used as your Member ID at AodaiTours), sign-in password, password hint.

• Contact information: your full name, gender, birth year, address, telephone number.

• Mailing list preferences: period of mailing (weekly, monthly...), your interest (historical, on sale, romantic, exploration...).

When you are a service provider (lodging, rental car, packages) and  you want to join our partner program, the following information is required:

• Contact information: full name, title, address, telephone number, email address.

• Company information: company legal name, doing business as name (DBA name), address, customer service telephone number, sales telephone number, fax number, email address, website address.

• Offered services: lodging (residences, resorts, hotels, rental cars, packages, airfare...

• Business information: annual income, targeted markets (Vietnam, Indochina, USA, Asia, Europe, North and Central America, others).

AodaiTours also collects similar information in the following cases: you contact us by Time-sharing member form, you customize a tour, you send us contact or feedback form.

Our Use Of Your Information

All of collected information is used on these following actions:

• Personal identification.

• Service (air, lodging, package...) booking and reservation online.

• Communication between you and AodaiTours.

• Sending mail using your mailing list preferences (for members only).

When you reserve or purchase travel services through AodaiTours, we provide information about you to the airline, car rental agency, lodging company (the hotel, resort or residence), travel agency, Vietnam embassy (apply for visa) or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfilment of your travel arrangements.

Personal information is used only for above transactions, not for any other purposes, and is not shared with any third party other than above groups.


OPT-OUT Policy

At any time, you can discontinue being a member of AodaiTours by unsubscribing your membership. There's always a link to the unsubscription page contained in any email updates from us about fare sales in your area, special offers, new AodaiTours services and other noteworthy news items. You are able to click on that link to go to unsubscription page and unsubscribe your membership. After unsubscribing, all saved information will be removed completely from our database including login information, personal information, mailing list.
